Terms and Conditions
The following Terms & Conditions apply to every booking made with the company, Signature and Design. By making a booking with Signature and Design, the client is agreeing to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions.

Payment
Bookings will be secured into our calendar after payment is made. You can choose to pay a $50 deposit and the remaining balance at least 1 week before your party or the full amount at once.By making a booking, you are agreeing to pay the full amount quoted to you by the due date.
By booking, you accept liability for any expenses incurred by us (Signature and Design) in our attempt to obtain payment of any overdue amount. This can include, but is not limited to, additional fees for overdue amounts and debt collection agency fees.

Cancellation
We understand things come up, so we have created a simple and fair cancellation policy.
If you cancel fourteen (14) days or more prior to your event, you will receive a complete refund, minus $50 to cover our admin time already spent on your booking.
If you cancel within 7 days, you will be refunded 50% of your booking fee, minus the $50 admin fee.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, you will not receive a refund. If you choose to postpone your booking due to weather or illness, you will simply be charged an additional 20% of the total booking amount.
Cancellation of events for Party Planning, Decorating and Management services will generally not be entitled to a refund due to the amount of work and planning already completed before your party.

Insurance
Signature and Design has Public Liability Insurance for up to $20,000,000. We can provide you a certificate of currency on request. Signature and Design is insured to provide event services only. The Client will be responsible for the safety and well-being of all guests at the event and Signature and Design will not be responsible or held liable for any guest’s safety and well-being.
Signature and Design will not be held liable for any injury, damage or loss of property howsoever caused, during, before or after the event to any property, guest, or uninvited guest. The company takes precautions to ensure our work, equipment and activities are performed in a safe manner and in sound condition. However, our equipment cannot be held responsible for any injury, damage or loss of property, or loss of life, in any event.
